Healthy Potato Wedges (Air-Fryer Recipe)

Simple potato wedges are a perfect side dish for a meal and snack. Tossing some frozen potato wedges into the Air-Fryer sure seems easy, so does this 3 minutes preparation from scratch. Crispy on the outside, it retains the soft freshness and sweetness of fresh potato inside.

Recipe Ingredients:
2 potato
Olive oil
Sea Salt

Two fresh potato

Skinned it

Chopped into wedges

Set in Microwave for 2 minutes

Pat dry on kitchen towel

Drizzle some Olive Oil

Set Air-Fryer 200 degree, 15 minutes
Sprinkle salt if desire

Serve fresh and hot.
